Contact High Court: Nebraska and Oklahoma Sue Over Colorado Pot Legalization
Thu Dec 18, 2014
In reply to: Robert-1107492 #34 One of the benefits of having it legal is that it takes money out of the hands of criminals. I'm not talking the small, corner dealer, but rather gangs for which pot sales are a prime source of income. Another benefit is ID' …
Legacy of Lucille Ball: Showing Laughter Is The Best Medicine

Wonderful story. I love to laugh and to try to make others laugh. Thank you for this uplifting article.
New York Times To Run Ad From Marijuana Company
Sat Aug 2, 2014
If you don't want to smoke it, then don't. But we're all adults here, don't try to curtail how some other adult enjoys their life. If it's done in the privacy of someone's home, it's no one elses business.
New York Times Calls for Ending Federal Ban On Marijuana
Sat Jul 26, 2014
How is it still true today that the feds have marijuana as a class one drug, because it has "no currently accepted medical use", when 22 states (and growing) allow for it to be prescribed for medical reasons? How can they justify such obviously conflicting logic within the same laws? It is cl …
NJ lawmakers pass gay marriage bill
Thu Feb 16, 2012
Who cares if two gay people want to get married? Or two straight people? If two consenting adults want to marry each other, who am I (or who is anyone) to say they can't? I don't want to sound cold, here, but if two adults (of any gender) want to get married, my reaction is /shrug, "Go ahead, I …
Physicists find dark matter: It's everywhere
Tue Feb 14, 2012
What about an idea? I can't see it or feel it, etc., but it certainly exists. In any case, I'm unconvinced that dark matter exists. I think that there's a property of gravity on a macro scale that is misunderstood. Most physicists will admit that their understanding of gravity is incomplete.
What's your view on school prayer in Rhode Island school?
Fri Jan 27, 2012
For those who voted no, how tolerant would you be if the poster was a Muslim prayer? You either have to be in favor of ANY religious poster being put up, or none.
58 held after bust at largest pot farm found in Mexico
Sat Jul 16, 2011
Such a wasted effort. There's no one who currently wants it who doesn't get it because it's illegal.
Your PC might just play Xbox 360 games
Tue Jul 12, 2011
My concern is about the interface. Just because you can play a game on the PC, does not mean it's going to have controls that work well. I've seen many games ported across very poorly.

I was into comics bigtime as a kid and a young adult. I don't collect anymore but seeing these movies come to life with a real budget and good fx is a nerdgasm. I'm a little disappointed with this article for getting some of the facts wrong, or at least missing.
