NJ lawmakers pass gay marriage bill
Thu Feb 16, 2012
Who cares if two gay people want to get married? Or two straight people? If two consenting adults want to marry each other, who am I (or who is anyone) to say they can't? I don't want to sound cold, here, but if two adults (of any gender) want to get married, my reaction is /shrug, "Go ahead, I …
Physicists find dark matter: It's everywhere
Tue Feb 14, 2012
What about an idea? I can't see it or feel it, etc., but it certainly exists. In any case, I'm unconvinced that dark matter exists. I think that there's a property of gravity on a macro scale that is misunderstood. Most physicists will admit that their understanding of gravity is incomplete.
What's your view on school prayer in Rhode Island school?
Fri Jan 27, 2012
For those who voted no, how tolerant would you be if the poster was a Muslim prayer? You either have to be in favor of ANY religious poster being put up, or none.
58 held after bust at largest pot farm found in Mexico
Sat Jul 16, 2011
Such a wasted effort. There's no one who currently wants it who doesn't get it because it's illegal.
Your PC might just play Xbox 360 games
Tue Jul 12, 2011
My concern is about the interface. Just because you can play a game on the PC, does not mean it's going to have controls that work well. I've seen many games ported across very poorly.
'Thor'
Fri Apr 29, 2011
I was into comics bigtime as a kid and a young adult. I don't collect anymore but seeing these movies come to life with a real budget and good fx is a nerdgasm. I'm a little disappointed with this article for getting some of the facts wrong, or at least missing.
The future of Kinect games: Some strings attached
Wed Feb 2, 2011
The technology seems fun but as a hardcore gamer I see nothing here that's even close to making me want to buy one. I'll stick with my PC for now.
PTC president says 'Skins' markets graphic sex, drug use to kids
Fri Jan 21, 2011
This is ridiculous. OH NOES, it's marketed at teens! Well, duh. God forbid someone try to make a realistic show about tough issues. I wish these ultra-conservatives would just live their own lives and stop worrying about what the rest of the world is doing.
EA supports gay youth, haters pile on hate
Mon Dec 20, 2010
All the right/wrong arguments aside, here's the part I don't get: if two people, two adults, of the same gender, are in a mutually agreed upon relationship, why does someone outside that relationship care what they do? Why does it matter if get married or have sex or whatever? It affects you N …
